With lots of closings and lots of offers being written we see the need for more listings on a daily basis. Part of our day is prospecting and it really never ceases to amaze me of how some sellers get their home on the market and really don’t have the communication or the proper marketing in plan for their home. This just results in the fact that you get to a successful closing or you don’t.
